Lesobaza family leaves dilapidated home for new flat
A mother of many settles into a new apartment with her family after years in a dilapidated Lesobaza house.
Tatyana Shestakova, a mother of many from Tyumen, who lived for many years on Lesobaza in a dilapidated house lacking heating and amenities, has finally moved. The government gave her a new apartment in the Roshchino Airport area.
«We, of course, have moved, but we miss and long for our district on Lesobaza. Our house has already been demolished there. For now, we are settling into the new apartment and making plans for the future. The area is far from the center, we have to spend about an hour on public transport in the mornings and evenings. We are getting used to it slowly, maybe we will figure something out later,» Tatyana Shestakova said.
Tatyana raised thirteen children, five of whom she gave birth to herself. Her fate was tragic: the woman buried two daughters, her husband, and her mother. Despite the losses, she continues to live for the sake of her remaining loved ones. Currently, Shestakova shares the new home with her adult brother and her child.
