Yaroslavl Children's Hospital Renovation to Last 70 Days

In Yaroslavl, the regional children«s hospital at 29 Tutayevskoye Shosse, block Zh, in the Dzerzhinsky district will be renovated. The authorities have announced a tender to find a contractor to renovate the rooms on the second floor of the hospital.

They are willing to pay a maximum of 4.6 million rubles (about $51,100 at current rates). For this amount, the contractor must carry out preparatory work, renovate the wards and other rooms, including repainting the walls and leveling them with plaster.

“The deadline for completing the work is within 70 working days from the date the contract is signed, in accordance with the construction and installation work schedule,” the draft contract states.

It is specified that the hospital«s operations will not be suspended during the renovation.

“The work is carried out in an active facility with patients and staff present, under constant traffic flow. The work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No night work is allowed,” the documentation states.

Contractors can submit bids for the auction until July 28. The winner of the contract will be announced on July 30.

Earlier, it was reported that a renovation is planned on the seventh floor of the main building of the Regional Clinical Hospital in the Zavolzhsky district of Yaroslavl. Under the contract, the contractor is to be paid 14.9 million rubles (about $165,600 at current rates).
