Residents of Tyumen have begun complaining about entries in their electronic medical records and apps indicating they have undergone preventive check-ups (dispanserizatsiya) even though they did not.
Such complaints, in particular, came from Clinics No. 17 and No. 12 at the beginning of this year.
One female resident said: «I did not receive any remote consultation, and I did not undergo any check-up.»
Another Tyumen resident added: «I simply visited the clinic, and later a document appeared claiming I had undergone a check-up. How is that possible?»
Citizens facing such a situation are advised to contact the investigative department for the Eastern Administrative District of Tyumen at 30 Let Pobedy Street, 87. They can also call the duty officer of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Tyumen Oblast at +7 (904) 491-43-25. The line operates around the clock.
The Department of Health of Tyumen Oblast explained that when registering a check-up, results of medical examinations conducted earlier — no more than a year prior — may be taken into account if they are documented.
Department specialists advise patients to carefully check all entries in their personal account on the Telemed-72 app. If they find visits to the doctor that did not actually take place, they should immediately report this to the management of the medical organization or to the department’s hotline at 8 (3452) 68-45-65.
Timely reporting allows for quick identification and correction of possible technical glitches, ensuring the accuracy of the patient’s medical history.
A preventive check-up (dispanserizatsiya) is a set of preventive measures including examinations and additional tests aimed at identifying disease risks, early diagnosis, and assessing health status.
Similar cases have been recorded in Tyumen before. For example, one female resident received a notification via the Telemed-72 app about a visit to Clinic No. 8, even though at the specified time she was at work.
