Some Tyumen residents are complaining about notifications of routine medical check-ups they did not attend. According to them, their apps and patient records show a certificate of completion of such an examination. In particular, complaints have come from Clinic No. 17 and No. 12 early this year.

«I was not given any remote consultation, and I did not undergo any routine check-up,» a female resident wrote.

«I just visited the clinic, and later a document appeared stating that I supposedly had a check-up. How is that possible?» another woman added.

Residents who have encountered this situation are asked to contact the Investigative Department for the Eastern Administrative District of Tyumen, located at 30 Let Pobedy Street, 87, or call +7 904 491 43 25 — the duty officer of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Tyumen Oblast. The office is open 24/7.

We contacted the Department of Health of Tyumen Oblast for clarification. According to their specialists, when conducting routine medical check-ups, results of previously conducted (no later than one year) medical examinations may be taken into account, provided they are confirmed by the patient«s medical documents.

«We ask patients to carefully check their records and review incoming documents in their personal account in the «Telemed-72» app. If they find an appointment for which the patient was not actually registered or did not participate, we ask them to immediately report this to the management of the medical facility or to the hotline of the Department of Health of Tyumen Oblast — 8 (3452) 68-45-65,» they advised.

Timely reporting will allow for quick detection of possible technical glitches and their resolution, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the medical history.

A routine medical check-up is a set of preventive measures including a preventive medical examination and additional diagnostic methods. It is aimed at identifying risk factors for diseases, their early diagnosis, and assessing a person«s overall health status.

Earlier we wrote about another similar story. A Tyumen resident complained about a non-existent doctor«s appointment. The woman was recently informed that she had visited Clinic No. 8, but at that time she was at work. She received a notification in the »Telemed-72« app.
