Ryazan Oblast«s birth rate growth was particularly notable for third births in June 2026.
Ryazan Oblast was among the regions where birth rates rose most noticeably in June 2026. This was reported by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova while speaking at the forum «Where the Motherland Begins», according to TASS.
According to Golikova, in June the total fertility rate increased in 20 regions of the country. The most significant positive dynamics were shown by Ryazan and Nizhny Novgorod Oblasts, as well as Chukotka Autonomous Okrug.
In addition, Ryazan Oblast was among the 15 regions where the number of third and subsequent births rose. The region was also a leader in this indicator.
