A patient from Rybinsk, Yaroslavl Oblast, reported difficulties obtaining test results at the polyclinic at 13 Herzen Street.

«I encountered absurdity. I made an appointment with a paid doctor and came to get the results of tests taken at the polyclinic. The reception desk said that now there are no medical records, and I can get the test results by making an appointment with a primary care physician. And wait at least a week! I have an appointment with a doctor this week and I need them now! Before, I could just get the record and have them, but now I have to sit in hour-and-a-half queues?» — described the patient.

The regional Ministry of Health explained that a unified procedure for obtaining test results applies to all patients.

«A patient can request a copy of test results from their primary care physician. They cannot refuse to provide a copy,» the ministry noted.

Additionally, for issues regarding access to medical documents, patients can contact the head of the medical organization directly.

Accessing results via Gosuslugi (state services portal)
