Children's Hospital in Yaroslavl Renovated in 70 Days

In Yaroslavl, an auction has been announced for the renovation of the second floor of the inpatient building of the Regional Children«s Hospital, located at 29 Tutaevskoye Highway, Building Zh, in the Dzerzhinsky District.
The maximum contract value is 4.6 million rubles ($54,100). The contractor will need to carry out preparatory work, repair wards and other rooms, including leveling walls with plaster and repainting.
According to the draft contract, «the work must be completed within 70 working days from the date of the contract, in accordance with the construction and installation schedule.» The hospital will remain operational during the renovation.
The documentation specifies: «Work is carried out in an active facility with patients and staff present and constant vehicle traffic. Work schedule: Monday–Friday from 8:00 to 16:30. Night work is not permitted.»
Bids for the auction are accepted until July 28, and the winner will be determined on July 30.
Earlier, it was also reported that the seventh floor of the main building of the Regional Clinical Hospital in the Zavolzhsky District of Yaroslavl will be renovated with a budget of 14.9 million rubles ($175,300).
