The tragedy, according to the man, occurred on the night of January 26-27, 2026.

«In the village of Shelukhovo in Shilovsky District lives my grandmother, who is over 80 years old. My father is a combat veteran; he fought both in Ukraine and in Chechnya. On the night of January 26-27, my father»s wife had an attack (heart), they called an ambulance, the ambulance arrived in 20 minutes, but couldn«t find the road and only reached us after 50 minutes,» he said.

Alexander explained that this situation happened because the fire road, which is cleared of snow, apparently doesn«t exist on maps at all.

«If you enter our street in the navigator, it leads to a road that hasn»t been cleared for over three years. We drive on the fire road; it is cleared, but doesn«t show up on maps. And because of that, neither the ambulance, nor the police, nor the hearse could find it,» the man says.

He also wrote about this under a post by Governor Pavel Malkov on Telegram, asking him to take measures. The administration of Shilovsky District expressed condolences and reported that due to heavy snowfalls, responsible services are working around the clock, and on January 30, the administration of Mosolovskoye Settlement cleared the roads to the village of Shelukhovo.

The way the only fire road is cleared also raises questions. «From this fire road, I was getting out from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. yesterday, only at 3 p.m. I was able to leave for Moscow,» says Alexander.
