Tyumen Water Utility Opens 13 Service Centers in Region

Thirteen customer service centers have been established in the municipal districts of Tyumen Oblast. They are open in the cities of Ishim and Yalutorovsk, as well as in the villages: Abatskoye, Aromashevo, Berdyuzhye, Bolshoye Sorokino, Vikulovo, Golyshmanovo, Novaya Zaimka (Zavodoukovsky District), Nizhnyaya Tavda, Omutinka, Uporovo, and Yarkovo.

Since the beginning of 2026, the offices have been visited by 2,093 people. Additionally, more than 20,000 subscribers have been consulted by the water utility«s information and reference service over the phone.

Most often, residents ask questions related to interaction with the Tyumen water utility: payments, meter reading submissions, installation and sealing of metering devices, and charges for water supply and sewerage services.

— We are continuously developing customer-oriented digital services. Subscribers of the Tyumen water utility do not need to come to the office — all issues are resolved remotely. On the website, you can order services for verification, sealing, or installation of metering devices, submit an application for connection to water supply and sewerage networks, and even sign a contract using an electronic signature. All services are simple and clear. To use them, no special knowledge or skills are required, — said Anna Shirshova, commercial director of Rosvodokanal Tyumen.

Information for subscribers is available on the website, in the social networks of Rosvodokanal Tyumen, and in the public pages of the municipal districts of the region. The company«s specialists note a trend towards a decrease in subscriber inquiries.
