A 35-year-old driver of a Renault Fluence struck two girls riding an electric scooter while exiting a courtyard at 22 Chkalova Street in Cherepovets, Vologda Oblast. The scooter was being ridden by a 14-year-old, and her 13-year-old passenger was injured.
The injured girl was taken to the hospital. After examination, doctors prescribed outpatient treatment. This was reported by the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate (Gosavtoinspektsiya, GIBDD).
