Two Argayashsky Drivers Lose Licenses at Prosecutor's Demand
The prosecutor's office of the Argayashsky District obtained through court the termination of driver's licenses of two local residents who were on dispensary register with diagnoses of alcohol and drug addiction.

In the Argayashsky District of the Chelyabinsk Region, the court terminated the driver«s licenses of two local residents at the prosecutor»s claim. In 2025, they were placed on dispensary register at the hospital with diagnoses of «mental and behavioral disorders caused by the use of alcohol and narcotic drugs.»
According to Order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 12, 2025, No. 892-r «On the lists of medical contraindications, medical indications and medical restrictions for driving a vehicle,» such diagnoses are a medical contraindication for driving vehicles. The prosecutor, protecting citizens« rights to safe road traffic, filed lawsuits with the court to terminate the right to drive.
The Argayashsky District Court granted the prosecutor«s demands. The court rulings have been executed, and the driver»s licenses have been terminated.
