Tula Distributes Free Water Amid Heatwave
Tula's city administration has organized free drinking water distribution at multiple points due to the heatwave. Water is available from 10:00 to 18:00.

In Tula, due to the hot weather, free drinking water distribution has been organized. The order was given by the head of the city administration, Ilya Bespalov. The distribution will take place from 10:00 to 18:00.
Water can be obtained at kvass sales points at the following addresses:
- Maxim Gorky Street, 14;
- Oktyabrskaya Street, 9 and 95;
- Marata Street, 26 / Plekhanova Street;
- Frunze Street, 5;
- Intersection of Zhavoronkova and Friedrich Engels Streets;
- Krasnoarmeysky Avenue, 48, building 2;
- Kazanskaya Embankment (near the stage).
Additionally, water will be distributed at «My Coffee» non-alcoholic beverage sales points at the following addresses:
- Lenin Avenue, 92 and 125;
- Metallistov Street (near the Sberbank building);
- Williams Street, 32;
- Kutuzov Street, 13.
According to weather forecasters, on Sunday the temperature in Tula will rise above 26°C (79°F). In such weather, doctors recommend drinking water more often, avoiding prolonged direct sunlight between 11:00 and 16:00, and wearing light clothing made from natural fabrics.
