Traffic Police Rescues Family on Vologda-Tikhvin Highway
Traffic police officers helped a family whose car broke down on the highway. They warmed up a child and called a tow truck.

The crew of the special traffic police company of the regional State Traffic Inspectorate (GAI) consisting of Andrey Bersenev, Vitaly Yakovlev and Denis Osipov was patrolling in the Sheksninsky District. At the 71st kilometer of the Vologda-Tikhvin highway (R-21 «Kola»), the inspectors noticed a Geely car on the roadside. There were four people next to the car: three adults and a child. After stopping, the police found out that the vehicle had suddenly stalled and would not start. They put the boy in the patrol car to warm up, while they themselves tried to start the engine, but unsuccessfully.
After that, two adults and the child headed to Vologda in a passing vehicle that had stopped. The driver stayed to wait for the tow truck, which was called by the traffic police officers. The man spent the wait in the service car. When the car was sent to a service station, the traffic police resumed patrolling the route.
