Tambov Gas Stations: 167 Operating on 21 July
On the morning of 21 July, fuel is sold at 167 gas stations in the Tambov Region. All three types of fuel are available at 110 of them.

As of the morning of 21 July, 167 gas stations are operating in the Tambov Region. AI-92 gasoline is available at 141 stations, AI-95 at 119, and diesel fuel at 160. A full set of all three types of fuel is offered at 110 stations. Another 47 stations have temporarily suspended sales.
Each gas station«s operating hours depend on fuel supplies and current demand. There are 214 stations in total in the region, including 44 Rosneft stations and 8 Lukoil stations.
Since 20 July, an odd-even system has been introduced at all gas stations in the region: on even dates, vehicles with license plates starting with 0, 2, 4, 6, or 8 are allowed to refuel; on odd dates, those starting with 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9. A limit of no more than 30 liters of gasoline per vehicle has also been set. The sale of fuel into cans or other portable containers is prohibited.
Violations may result in a warning or an administrative fine: for individuals — up to 5,000 rubles (about $56 at current rates), for officials — up to 20,000 rubles (about $222), for legal entities — up to 100,000 rubles (about $1,100). The restrictions do not apply to emergency, municipal, and road service vehicles, as well as buses operating on regular routes.
