Stavropol Krai Lifts Drone Threat Alert After Nine Hours

This morning, January 21, a drone threat alert was introduced in Stavropol Krai, lasting about 9 hours. There were no reports of drones being shot down or casualties.

The governor of the krai, Vladimir Vladimirov, warned in his Telegram channel about the imposition of restrictions on January 20 at 22:44. Residents were asked to seek shelter in a room with load-bearing walls and away from windows, and not to go out into open spaces on the street. However, no information was received about drones being shot down or casualties.

The alert was canceled at 07:31, and the restrictions lasted almost 9 hours. During this time, no drones were shot down in the krai. But other regions were included in the Russian Defense Ministry«s report. From 23:00 on January 20 to 07:00 on January 21, 75 Ukrainian unmanned aircraft-type drones were destroyed over various regions of the country.

Recall that on Wednesday, January 14, early in the morning, a drone threat alert was introduced in Stavropol Krai. Enemy drones attempted to attack Nevinnomyssk. Air defense systems were activated against the aircraft, but after the debris fell, a fire occurred.
