St. Petersburg Teacher Hospitalized in Psychiatric Facility in Abuse Case

On Wednesday, January 21, information spread on Telegram channels that the teacher accused of seducing schoolchildren is in a psychiatric hospital.

The teacher«s father told a correspondent that his daughter is indeed undergoing treatment at City Psychiatric Hospital No. 3 named after I.I. Skvortsov-Stepanov.

«My daughter is having a hard time with this situation. She is being harassed. Right now, I»m preparing food for her and we are going to the child in the hospital,« he stated.

Recall that in the second half of December, the Investigative Committee (SK) released the former English teacher from the Vyborgsky District school under a travel ban. The decision to change the preventive measure was made after an instruction from the head of the SK, Alexander Bastrykin.
