Residents of St. Petersburg are sharing their observations about the gasoline situation in the city. After two truly difficult weeks — with limits, queues, and empty pumps — the situation, according to them, is gradually normalizing.
Petersburg resident Alena said she filled 48 liters to a full tank at a gas station at the intersection of Shosse Revolyutsii, 70, with Ulitsa Petra Smorodina. «Six pumps, no queue at all, there is 95-octane, no 95 EKTO. They even cancelled prepayment. Now it’s like the old days — first you fill up, then you pay,» she noted.
Denis, who was filling up at his dacha in Losevo (Leningrad Region), spoke about a sharp improvement: «The last three weeks were tense at this gas station. Queues were half an hour long. That is, if there was gasoline. Periodically only diesel was left. They wouldn’t pour more than 20 liters at a time, but you could go several times in a row. Strictly prepayment. Yesterday I just drove up, chose an empty pump, filled AI-92 to full tank, paid, and left. Miracles!»
