The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for St. Petersburg warned residents about the worsening weather on July 22. According to forecasts, the day will be damp and windy, with no sunny breaks expected.
According to the North-Western Department of the Hydrometeorological Service (Severo-Zapadnoye UGMS), the city will experience rain, with heavy downpours and thunderstorms in places. The thunderstorms will be accompanied by gusty winds.
According to the Yandex.Weather service, thermometers will not exceed 17°C (63°F) on July 22. Precipitation is expected throughout the day.
