GU MChS Rossii po Peterburgu (the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for St. Petersburg, EMERCOM) warned residents about deteriorating weather conditions on July 22. The day will be damp and windy. According to the forecast of FGBU «Severo-Zapadnoe UGMS» (the Federal State Budgetary Institution «North-Western Administration for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring»), there will be rain in the city, and in some places downpours with thunderstorms. The thunderstorms will be accompanied by gusty winds.
According to the Yandex.Weather service, the air temperature will not rise above 17 degrees Celsius (63°F) on July 22. Precipitation is expected throughout the day.
