Such a large amount of housing will create an excessive load on the area«s infrastructure.

In the area of Musin-Pushkin Balka (land plot with cadastral number 23:49:0203007:20), literally under the windows of the presidential residence, reconstruction of unfinished construction objects with the addition of new floors is in full swing. This is reported by the Telegram channel «Utomlennye Sochintsy» (Tired Sochi Residents). Subscribers of the channel claim that there is no permit documentation— following the established Sochi tradition— however, apartment sales are already open. According to the project, a five-star hotel with premium apartments will appear on the territory near Vinogradnaya Street. On three hectares, 21 buildings will be located.

The buildings look like typical apartment blocks.

The reconstruction, which apparently no one in the Sochi authorities is paying attention to, raises many questions, write the channel«s subscribers.
The buildings look like typical future apartment blocks, not like private development. The scale of construction is impressive: the total area is about 30,000 square meters (and this is without accounting for the new floors). Such large-scale construction itself (over twenty objects on one land plot!) already puts a strain on the area«s infrastructure. The uncontrolled increase in the area of objects happening right before our eyes threatens even more unpleasant »surprises«: engineering networks working at their limit, catastrophic shortage of parking spaces, places in kindergartens and schools, and increased traffic jams in the area, the message says.
Sochi residents believe that land control should deal with the construction before all the apartments are sold out.
