SMO Veteran Volunteers at Cherepovets Gas Stations
Pavel Bibliyev, a participant of the special military operation, has joined the volunteers at Cherepovets gas stations. Governor Georgy Filimonov reported on his assistance.

Over the past weekend, Lukoil gas stations in Cherepovets increased the fuel dispensing limit to 40 liters. At the same time, among the volunteers helping drivers was SMO veteran Pavel Bibliyev. Governor Georgy Filimonov spoke about his participation on social media. Pavel himself noted: «Work is in full swing, everything is great. Drivers are thanking us, saying that everything has become much faster, all clear and smooth.»
«Pavel has been through a lot, but he did not give up, maintained his optimism, and is bringing real benefit to people—helping to maintain order at the gas station. The fuel situation in the region has stabilized; I continue to monitor this issue personally,» Filimonov emphasized.
