Despite rising atmospheric pressure, the sky will remain covered with dense clouds, and light snow is expected in some areas again. The air temperature in the city will range from -3 to -5 degrees Celsius (27 to 23°F), in Leningrad Oblast from -2 to -7 degrees Celsius (28 to 19°F). The wind will be northeastern, with a speed of 2–7 meters per second. Atmospheric pressure will continue to increase and reach 770 mm Hg, which is above average values.

In Moscow, the weather is being shaped by the rear part of a low-activity cyclone, which is moving to the southeast of the Central Federal District. Here, temperatures are expected within -5 to -7 degrees Celsius (23 to 19°F), with light snow in some areas.
