The cause of the bad weather is a cyclone currently active over Kaliningrad. It will bring precipitation to the city. «We warmed up over the weekend, now we»ll cool down a bit. … Tomorrow will be the coldest day,« Kolesov wrote on his Telegram channel.
Thermometers will show 14–16°C (57–61°F). Only in the south of Leningrad Oblast, from Luga to Tikhvin, will the air warm up to 18–20°C (64–68°F). The northeast wind will strengthen to 8–13 meters per second, and gusts will be even higher over water areas. Rain is expected for most of the day. On Wednesday and Thursday, rain will continue, with possible thunderstorms in some places. Temperatures in the city on those days will not exceed 18–20°C (64–68°F).
