Rosgvardiya detain hooliganism suspects in Slobodskoy

Around midnight in the city of Slobodskoy (Kirov Oblast), a panic button was activated at a bar located on Sovetskaya Street. Officers from the Rosgvardiya (Russian National Guard) department security immediately arrived at the scene.

At the location, a 48-year-old local resident approached the Rosgvardiya officers. He reported that during a conflict with two unknown young men, one of the opponents sprayed a gas canister into his face, after which both fled.

After obtaining descriptions of the suspects, the law enforcement officers began searching. In the courtyard of a house on Rozhdestvenskaya Street, they found individuals matching the description. The victim identified them. The detainees—men born in 1997 and 1998—were handed over to police officers to clarify all circumstances of the incident.
