Prosecutors Secure Subsistence Payment for Bankrupt Vavozhsky Resident

The Vavozhsky District Prosecutor«s Office conducted an inspection following an appeal from a resident who had been declared bankrupt. It turned out that the financial manager was not fulfilling the requirements of federal law.

In relation to the applicant, a procedure for the sale of property was introduced and a financial manager was appointed. Despite the receipt of money into the account, the citizen was not paid the subsistence minimum for two months.

After the intervention of the supervisory authority, the violations were eliminated. The resident was transferred all due amounts.
