Prosecutor Secures Reinstatement of Worker in Kizner District

The Prosecutor«s Office of Kiznersky District received a complaint from a citizen and launched an investigation. It was established that after a conflict with management, the worker was forced to resign voluntarily under pressure. The exact date of dismissal was not agreed upon by the parties, which constitutes a violation of the procedure for terminating an employment contract.

To protect the employee«s rights, the district prosecutor filed a lawsuit in court. The lawsuit demanded her reinstatement to her previous position, recovery of average earnings for the period of forced absence from the employer, and compensation for moral damages.

The Kiznersky District Court fully granted the prosecutor«s demands. The woman was reinstated at work, and over 50,000 rubles were recovered in her favor.
