In Primorye, a company is being sought to handle the transportation of municipal solid waste in the Oktyabrsky District. The corresponding auction appeared on the government procurement portal zakupki.gov.ru on January 19, and a contractor is expected to be found by January 27.

The customer, as in other similar lots, is «Primorsky Ecological Operator,» and the initial contract price is 50,955,098 rubles (approximately $566,200 at current rates). The contract execution start date is May 1, and it will last until December 31.

The area of operation for garbage trucks includes, besides the largest villages of Pokrovka and Lipovtsy, all other settlements in the district. These include:

  • Galenki;
  • Granatovka;
  • Dzerzhinskoye;
  • Zarechnoye;
  • Ilyichevka;
  • Konstantinovka;
  • Krasnopolye;
  • Novogeorgiyevka;
  • Poltavka;
  • Porechye;
  • Starorechenskoye;
  • Strugovka;
  • Fadeyevka;
  • Chernyatino.

Hundreds of streets are covered, including not only multi-apartment and private houses but also private enterprises and state organizations. Waste must be transported exclusively to the landfill in Ussuriysk.

The contractor must purchase the necessary resources for the work at their own expense. There is no forecast in the document for how much waste will be removed, but an approximate distance that garbage trucks will travel from waste collection sites to the burial place over the entire period is calculated — 226,625 kilometers.

On January 17, we wrote that «Primorsky Ecological Operator» (PEO) completed the search for a contractor for garbage removal in Artyom. From December 23, 2025, to January 13, 2026, no company submitted an application despite the contract price of 165,217,958 rubles (approximately $1,835,800 at current rates). Details — via the link.
