In Chelyabinsk Oblast, officers of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate (GIBDD), together with district police officers and juvenile affairs inspectors, are conducting the operation «Motorcyclist». The campaign aims to reduce the number of road accidents involving motorcycles. On the first day of raids, traffic police teams recorded over 30 traffic violations.

Among the offenders was one motorcyclist under the influence of alcohol and nine drivers without a valid license. Also identified were three teenagers under 16 years old.
