Perm actress Svetlana Permyakova, who lost 22 kilograms, shared a swimsuit photo with followers. Fans flooded her with approving reactions and comments.
A year ago, Svetlana Permyakova told 59.RU that since late 2024 she has been losing weight using a Russian analogue of a drug popular among foreign celebrities, under medical supervision.
«I received an offer from a Russian company that produces an analogue of Ozempic,» the actress admitted to 59.RU. «The chemical base is the same — semaglutide, the drug is designed for people suffering from diabetes and obesity. Facing the truth, I realized I fit that category. I went to an endocrinologist, and we developed a plan of action.»
According to Svetlana Permyakova, this drug cannot be used without a doctor«s prescription.
«It»s only by doctor«s prescription if you suffer from obesity and have diabetes. And the dose must be increased gradually, reducing the risk,» she noted.
Over the year, the actress lost 22 kilograms. This week, Svetlana Permyakova posted a swimsuit photo on social media.
«Previously, such photos stayed in the phone. And now I want to preserve not only the new figure but also this feeling of confidence,» the actress captioned the photo. «And can you accept and love your current self? I»m finally learning.«
