In the first half of 2026, specialists from NOVOGOR conducted a large-scale campaign of pre-judicial work with debtors. The main goal was to reduce the total accounts receivable to the company, which as of July 1 amounted to nearly 2 billion rubles (approximately $22.2 million at current rates).

Among the measures taken:

automated calls demanding debt payment — more than 600,000;

  • SMS notifications — more than 300,000;

  • formal claims to legal entities — 13,500, and notifications to individuals about overdue debts — over 100,000;

  • warnings of impending service suspension for legal entities due to non-payment — 600.

    In addition to pre-judicial work, the company also uses enforcement measures. Since the beginning of the year, 433 lawsuits have been filed in arbitration courts, and 285 enforcement documents have been obtained. In magistrate courts, 8,500 applications were filed for court orders on citizen debts, and 7,000 enforcement documents have been obtained.

    Director of Sales at NOVOGOR-Prikamye (Perm region) Natalya Dromashko noted the positive effect of such measures:

    — The company places emphasis on preventive and pre-judicial methods of dispute resolution. Mass auto-calling, SMS notifications, and targeted claims remind our subscribers of their debt and the opportunity to pay it without fines and court costs. The first half statistics show the effectiveness of this approach: we receive hundreds of enforcement orders through the courts, while resorting to the extreme measure — water disconnection — only in exceptional cases, — said Natalya Dromashko.

    The company reminded that utility bills must be paid by the 15th of each month. Starting in September, penalties will be automatically charged for late payments.

    The company«s immediate plans include further expansion of remote notification channels about debt and automation of the process of filing applications for court orders.

    You can pay for the company«s services in any convenient way:

    in the personal account, without commission;

  • at the office cash desk at 63 Lenin Street, without commission;

  • through banks (ATMs, terminals, online), possibly with a commission.
