— Oh, that«s a separate story! Our foremen and recruitment managers — many found their destiny here, their true, sincere love, without any online dating.

— Olga Valeryevna, what about workers« personal lives when they return home?

— Our task is to create conditions where a person can realize themselves professionally, and personal happiness is their own responsibility. Though, of course, we try to support our employees in that area where possible.

— Does that mean you have the ability to influence workers« personal relationships?

— We don«t interfere in personal lives. But for some rotational workers, the work itself becomes a kind of trap. That»s why we also focus on psychological support.

— Where do you find employees?

— We use various channels, including specialized platforms like Raberu. It«s a new job search site; there were cases where we filled up to 30 positions in a day through their site.

— And what about relationships in the team? Is there hazing between veterans and newcomers?

— We pay piecework, by the hour. Of course, sometimes experienced workers may try to assert themselves at the expense of younger ones. But newcomers also have different attitudes: some arrive ready to work with enthusiasm, while others, unfortunately, don«t want to do anything. How do we resolve such issues? Simply — by replacement. If a person doesn»t meet our requirements, we find someone who will.

— Being a female leader in the male-dominated construction world is no easy task. Tell us about your first steps.

— I admit, it was a challenge. A male world, complex deals, the specifics of the work — all of this required not only knowledge but also a certain mindset. At first, I even brought a man with me to business meetings: it felt safer. But as time went on, my name became recognized, and now it«s easier. As for construction... I even know how to weld, though with a semi-automatic machine. I understand concrete and painting. My law degree gives me a solid foundation, but life has taught me everything: from mixing mortar to understanding the nuances of construction safety.

— How do you assess the prospects for the rotational work method in Russia?

— The rotational method still has great potential. Especially in regions with a labor shortage or where production is seasonal. The key is proper organization, ensuring decent working and rest conditions, and social protection for workers. For us as an employer, it«s important not just to find an employee, but to create long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
