Murmansk Cancer Center's New Surgery Building Construction Progress

Work has begun on interior finishing at the construction site.
Construction of the new surgical building for the Murmansk Regional Oncology Center continues in Murmansk.

Currently, the contractor is working on interior finishes. Minister of Construction of Murmansk Region Alexandra Karpova said that three floors are already being prepared for the installation of modern medical equipment.
On site, the installation of the ventilated facade and stained glass is being completed. Inside, workers are laying tiles in bathrooms, mounting ceiling and wall panels, and preparing to lay linoleum. In the operating rooms, the installation of special glass wall panels is being finished, and on the staircases, railings are being installed.
The new building will be nine stories high and designed for 125 beds. It will house modern operating rooms, and on the adjacent territory—an oxygen-gasification station, container-type diesel generator units, and a block-modular transformer substation.
