Moped Accident in Usman: Driver and Passenger Injured
In Usman on July 19, a 17-year-old moped driver and a 16-year-old passenger were injured in a collision with a Lada Granta.

Over three days, four traffic accidents were recorded in the Lipetsk region, with six people injured.
On July 18 around 00:30 in Lipetsk on Sovetskaya Street, a 25-year-old moped driver collided with a self-propelled roller operated by a 43-year-old man. The moped driver was injured.
On the same day at 10:00 on the Gryazi – Khvorostyanka – Dobrinka highway in Dobrinsky District, a MAZ truck and a KamAZ truck collided. The 36-year-old MAZ driver and a 55-year-old KamAZ passenger were injured.
On July 19 around 21:00 in Lipetsk on Merkulova Street, a Lada Granta driven by a 69-year-old driver crashed into an electric motorcycle. The 45-year-old electric motorcycle driver was hospitalized.
At the same time in Usman on Stroiteley Street around 14:00, a Lada Granta with a 21-year-old driver collided with a moped. The moped was ridden by a 17-year-old boy, and his 16-year-old passenger was also injured.
During this period, traffic police officers from the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate (GIBDD) detected 9,325 traffic violations. 31 drivers were held accountable for driving under the influence, and 651 people for not using seat belts.
Automatic cameras recorded 8,581 violations: speeding, driving into oncoming traffic, running red lights, and using a phone while driving. Mobile complexes on patrol cars detected 238 violations.
Also, 45 accidents with property damage were recorded where no one was injured.
