In Kirov, a criminal case has been opened under the article «Hooliganism» (Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) against a 39-year-old local resident. According to investigators, in July of the current year, in a house on Preobrazhenskaya Street, he unjustifiably provoked a conflict and inflicted bodily harm on an elderly married couple.
Currently, investigators are conducting a set of procedural actions aimed at clarifying all the circumstances of the incident. Information about the incident was made public by the regional office of the Investigative Committee on 21 July 2026.
