The completion deadline for the apartment building on Leninsky Komsomol Street in Ryazan has been changed again, according to GTRK Oka (the regional state television and radio broadcaster).
Equity holders were earlier promised they could receive the keys to their apartments in summer 2026. However, the completion of work is now planned for 31 December 2026. In mid-June the developer asked the Ryazan city administration to extend its construction permit.
The building at the intersection of Leninsky Komsomol and 2nd Liniya streets, developed by Vellcom, was to have been handed over six years ago, in 2020, but in early summer 2026 it is still under construction.
Both the authorities and the developer have been promising people for years that they will eventually get their homes, but the equity holders still cannot move into their own apartments. Our correspondent previously spoke with affected residents. You can read what they said here.
