When asked where she plans to live, the artist replied: »Settled in well.«

Earlier that same day, Dolina posted a song called «Last Goodbye» on her social media. As a caption for the post, the singer used an emoji depicting a broken heart.

This statement came against the backdrop of the concluded story with the singer«s apartment. Last year, Larisa Dolina reclaimed her housing through the court, which she had previously sold under pressure from fraudsters. As a result, the buyer, single mother Polina Lurie, was left without money and without a home. This case led to the emergence of a systemic problem where real estate began to be returned to previous owners through the courts, and bona fide buyers lost both money and a roof over their heads. This phenomenon became known as the »Dolina effect.«

The case was concluded on January 19. According to the Supreme Court«s decision, the new owner finally received the keys to the disputed apartment. Larisa Dolina»s lawyer Maria Pukhova reported that the artist is reacting to the situation normally and remains steadfast.
