Landscaping tender for Siberia-Hokkaido center

The city of Novosibirsk is seeking a contractor for landscaping the area around the Siberia-Hokkaido cultural center, a Russian-Japanese cultural center. The initial contract price is over 6.9 million rubles (approximately $76,700 at current exchange rates).

According to the state procurement website, the customer for the work is the Municipal Autonomous Institution (MAI) «Center for Project Management of Integrated Urban Improvement.» The documents state that the contractor will be required to replace curbs and paving tiles, remove construction waste, lay cables, and landscape the area.

All planned work will be carried out on the land plot at 28/1 Shevchenko Street, around the Siberia-Hokkaido cultural center.

The work must be completed by 31 October. Bids are accepted until 29 July. The results and contractor selection are scheduled for 31 July.

Earlier, NGS reported that a new observation deck will be built near the Siberia-Arena in Novosibirsk.
