Lada Granta-Moped Crash Injures Two in Usman

Over the past three days, four road accidents in the Lipetsk region have resulted in six people sustaining injuries.

Over the past three days, four road traffic accidents were recorded on the roads of the Lipetsk region. Six road users were injured.
On 18 July at around 00:30 on Sovetskaya Street in Lipetsk, a moped driven by a 25-year-old man collided with a self-propelled roller. The roller was driven by a 43-year-old driver. As a result, the moped driver was injured.
On the same day at about 10:00 on the Gryazi – Khvorostyanka – Dobrinka highway, two trucks collided: a MAZ truck (driver 36 years old) and a KamAZ truck (driver 48 years old). The driver of the MAZ and a 55-year-old passenger of the KamAZ were injured.
On 19 July at approximately 21:00 on Merkulova Street in Lipetsk, a Lada Granta driven by a 69-year-old driver crashed into an electric motorcycle. The 45-year-old electric motorcycle driver was hospitalized with injuries.
On the same day in Usman at around 14:00 on Stroiteley Street, a Lada Granta (driver 21 years old) collided with a moped. The moped was ridden by a 17-year-old teenager; his 16-year-old passenger also sustained injuries. Both were injured.
During the same period, traffic police inspectors identified 9,325 traffic violations. Among them, 31 drivers were charged with driving under the influence, 651 for not wearing seat belts. Stationary traffic cameras recorded 8,581 cases: speeding, driving into oncoming traffic, running red lights, and using a phone while driving. Mobile systems on patrol cars detected 238 violations.
Additionally, 45 traffic accidents with property damage but no injuries were registered.
