On 27 January 2026, the State Housing Inspectorate of the Lipetsk Region conducted an inspection of OOO Gryazinskoye Upravleniye MKD (Gryazinsky Apartment Building Management LLC) following an appeal from owners of a multi-apartment building at 10 Narodnaya Stroyka Street in the town of Gryazi (Lipetsk Oblast).

The inspectorate stated that OOO Gryazinskoye Upravleniye MKD failed to ensure timely repair of utility networks, leading to flooding and creating a risk of foundation and structural damage from dampness. Following the visit, the housing inspectorate issued an order to immediately rectify the violations. The issue of holding the management company administratively liable, which may result in a fine, is also being considered. The inspectorate reminded that organizations maintaining the housing stock are obliged to regularly carry out work to prevent leaks, dry out basements, and prevent moisture accumulation in building structures.
