House in Krasnodar for 2 Million Rubles?

The portal 93.RU examined several housing listings on classified ads sites. It turned out that even in the very center of the city there is relatively affordable housing. For example, a house for 2 million rubles ($22,200). For Krasnodar, such an amount in the context of housing has long been perceived as at least only a down payment. But not as the full price, especially for a house.

However, there is a small catch. We show what affordable housing looks like within 2 million rubles ($22,200) in Krasnodar.

House for 2 million rubles ($22,200)

The first listing is a share in a private brick house on Bratyev Ignatov Street in the center of Krasnodar. Its price is 2 million rubles ($22,200), and the area is only 30 square meters (323 sq ft). The house has two rooms and a kitchen, as well as gas heating.

The next house (a share) is also in the city center — on Oktyabrskaya Street. It also has gas heating, but the bathroom is outside, and the plot of land (1 are) on which the house stands does not belong to the owner.

There are 17 co-owners in the yard, the yard is quiet, cozy, and the neighbors are good. The house is in good condition. It is located in the very center of the city with its own front garden. The house has central water supply. Within walking distance is the «Sennoy Rynok» market, the «Galereya» shopping center, and from the «Sennoy Rynok» bus stop you can get to any point in the city, says the listing description.

A plus is that all furniture remains for the new owners.

House for 1.9 million rubles ($21,100)

The next house is in the Pashkovsky microdistrict. But there are several catches here. The sewage system is a septic tank. And the house is not a house at all, but a share in the form of one room with an area of 33 square meters (355 sq ft), including the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom. The seller immediately states that the property needs renovation.

Renovation required. Excellent location of the house — next to a public transport stop, shops, a school, and a kindergarten. Good access roads, parking available. An alternative to a one-room apartment for minimal money, says the listing description.

A plus here is the presence of a church 10 meters (33 ft) from the house.
