Dozens of Barnaul Homes Still Without Hot Water

The third stage of hydraulic tests of heating networks in Barnaul has been completed, but dozens of homes in the city still have no hot water. The Siberian Generating Company (SGK) explained why this happened and when it would be restored.

According to the company«s press service, as of July 21, power engineers had identified another 55 damages, 29 of which have already been repaired. There are still 26 defects in work, 12 of which affect the supply of hot water to residents.

Tentatively, all repair work is planned to be completed by July 23 inclusive. At present, hot water supply is still absent at the following addresses:

Lenin Ave.: 46, 46v, 46e, 51, 53, 54, 54a, 54v, 55, 57, 57b, 59, 61, 64, 68, 70, 72–85, 87, 89, 91, 142, 144, 146;

Dimitrova St.: 62, 62a, 66, 75;

Since the start of hydraulic tests this season, a total of 460 damages have been identified on the heating networks, of which 382 have already been eliminated. The fourth and final stage of testing will take place from July 27 to August 10.
