As part of the «Civil Monitoring» campaign, members of the Public Council under the MOMVD of Russia «Kirsanovsky» (Interdistrict Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia «Kirsanovsky») inspected the work of the division providing state services in the migration sphere. Public representatives spoke with citizens who had come to obtain passports and found out their opinion on the convenience of using electronic registration on the Gosuslugi portal (state services portal). Special attention was paid to the reception schedule and its comfort.

Employees of the division provided detailed information about their activities and the list of services provided. The head answered visitors« questions, explaining the procedure for obtaining state services, including registration and deregistration at the place of residence or stay, as well as obtaining an internal passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation.
