Cars Frozen in Ice After Accident in Volgograd's Tulak District

In the evening, a new utility accident occurred in the Tulak microdistrict of Volgograd on Yaroslavskaya Street. As a result of a leak from the heating networks, the roadway was flooded, and several cars parked along the road froze in the ice.
Local residents said:
Around 7 p.m., everything was flowing here. Right in a stream along Yaroslavskaya. There were several «Concessions» cars parked here, and the vehicles that were parked overnight slowly froze into the ice, covered with a thick icy crust. Now the leak has stopped, but traces of the flood remain, and if it«s not cleaned up overnight, it will be quite a scene in the morning. And the radiators aren»t exactly hot, just slightly warm.
The company «Concessions of Heat Supply» stated that heating supply in the Tulak microdistrict is operating in normal mode. According to their information, no applications have been received from Yaroslavskaya Street to the unified dispatch center for housing and communal services.
The day before, this part of the city had already faced heating interruptions. Then the accident occurred in the area of «Lesogorod» Park, and the location of the heating network break was found near house No. 10 on Yaroslavskaya Street. Specialists from «Concessions of Heat Supply» repaired the damage by midnight, restoring normal parameters for the heat carrier supply.
