On July 20, news broke of the death of bodybuilder, blogger, and sportswear store founder Vadim Ivanov, known by the pseudonym Do4a. His colleagues shared the news on social media.
«It is no secret that the last year was difficult for Vadim. He fought, tried to restore his health and regain his strength. But unfortunately, fate decided otherwise,» Vadim«s friends wrote on his official channels.
Vadim was born in Berdsk (Novosibirsk Oblast, Russia), and in 2014 moved to Saint Petersburg. He was married and is survived by a son. The athlete held the title of Master of Sports in bench press and Candidate Master of Sports in powerlifting. He became interested in bodybuilding in his youth. Ivanov was one of the first in Russia to start a themed blog, which later grew into a serious business. It is known that he took steroids and other bodybuilding drugs. At age 28, he suffered a heart attack.
