The mobile operator is continuing systematic development of network infrastructure in rural areas of Chelyabinsk Oblast. New base stations have been activated in five villages and settlements in the region. Communication has also improved near natural landmarks.

Specifically, as a result of the launch of additional telecom equipment, reliable 4G has become available to residents of the following localities:

  • Argayashsky District — Krutolapova
  • Kaslinsky District — Shaburovo, Shcherbakovka
  • Kusinsky District — Kovali

The new communication points have provided reliable coverage and improved 4G signal stability. Now local residents can use digital services more conveniently: chat in messengers and social networks, pay for goods via mobile banking, access government services on their smartphones, and stream video.

A Beeline base station was also launched in the settlement of Magnitka, near which the Taganay National Park is located — one of the most popular destinations for ecotourism in the Southern Urals. Now travelers can make calls with clear sound near the picturesque mountain peaks of Lyagushka and Protopop, as well as at such unique natural sites as the Magnitsky Rifts and Tsar-Yama.

The park is home to rare animals, features springs, and offers hiking trails of varying difficulty. With Beeline’s 4G, traveling is more comfortable: customers can navigate online maps and share high-quality photos of Ural nature.

“We continue to expand coverage in the region so that residents of small settlements can use high-speed 4G on equal terms with customers in cities. At the same time, the branch team is developing the network along popular tourist routes. Traditionally, in summer our region becomes a point of attraction for people interested in hiking and camping. With stable mobile communications, it is easier for them to plan routes online or post bright moments of their trip on social media,” comments Anastasia Karpenko, Director of the Chelyabinsk branch of Beeline.
