To prepare the dish, you«ll need lamb, potatoes, onions, salt, pepper, and dough.

«We take fresh lamb. Cut the meat into fairly large pieces. Place it in a pot with boiling water, add salt and peppercorns, don»t forget to skim off the foam. When the meat is ready, take it out. Set aside some broth. Add onions sliced into half-rings, salt, pepper, and simmer a bit. We«ve peeled some potatoes, add them to our broth. Cook until done,» explains Nikolai. «Meanwhile, let»s work on the dough. 800 grams of flour, two eggs, a bit of salt — and we knead it all with our broth. The dough should be firm but elastic. Roll it out as thinly as possible, cut into squares, and boil in our broth until cooked. Take out the dough, top it with meat, potatoes, onions. It«s very tasty! Enjoy your meal, everyone!»
