«We»re making the tastiest cured pork fat. First, prepare the brine. For this, chop the garlic. Add 200 grams of salt per liter of water. Add bay leaf, peppercorns, and allspice, as well as our garlic. You can also add onion skins, which will give a pleasant color. Put it on the fire and boil for 5 minutes,« says Nikolai. »Meanwhile, cut our cured pork fat. Place the pieces in a pot or jar and pour the cooled brine over them. Put it in a cool place for three days. Our cured pork fat has salted, take it out and dry it. Now we«ll need crushed garlic, a bit of herbs, and your favorite spices.
