The man admitted that it will take many hours to prepare, but the result is worth it. The aromatic, tender, fried sausage made from homemade meat and lard will delight the household. For preparation, you will need lard, pork, garlic, salt, peppercorns, bay leaf, and sunflower oil.

“Take a kilogram of pork (2.2 pounds) and a kilogram of lard (2.2 pounds). For the sausage, pig cheeks work best. Cut all this into cubes, about a centimeter in size. Now salt the meat; the meat should be chilled. Start kneading so that the fibers connect and form a uniform mass. Now cover all this and put it in a cold place until morning,” explains the blogger. “Take pepper, about 6 cloves of garlic, a couple of bay leaves, and allspice. Grind all this. Now add this mixture to the meat and mix. Add 200–300 grams (7–10 ounces) of water and mix again. Take intestines and stuff them tightly so no air remains. Tie the ends with thread, and put it in the oven. Place it on a rack, prick it three or four times, and leave it for 20 minutes at 70 degrees Celsius (158°F). Now increase to 100 degrees Celsius (212°F), and leave for another half hour. In a heated pan, add a little sunflower oil and minced garlic. Fry on both sides until golden brown. And then put it in the refrigerator for 12 hours. That’s the delicious result you get!”
