Prices for vegetables and greens continue to disappoint Tyumen residents, so it«s no surprise that some have started growing their own. Even without a dacha or garden plot, city dwellers are actively creating gardens right on their windowsills. Here»s what our readers have managed to cultivate.

«Mung beans sprout quite quickly: soak them for a day, and after four days you can eat full-grown sprouts. I tried sprouting sunflower and pea seeds, didn»t take photos, and the sprouts are already eaten,« she says.
