Preparation:
Pour flour into a bowl, coat the liver pieces in it. Fry them in vegetable oil, transfer to a plate, cover with foil.

In a bowl, place the sour cream, add water, stir. Pour over the liver and bring everything to a boil. But do not boil, otherwise the sour cream will curdle.

Pork Liver with Potatoes in a Pot

pork liver — 300 g;
button mushrooms — 200 g;
onion — 1 pc;
potatoes — 4 pcs;
sour cream — 4 tbsp;
wheat flour — 1.5 tbsp;
salt and pepper — to taste;
vegetable oil — for frying.
Preparation:
Cut the mushrooms into pieces, the onion into half-rings. Fry in vegetable oil.
Cut the liver into pieces, coat in flour. Fry on all sides for a couple of minutes.
Place the liver, mushrooms with onion in pots. Add diced potatoes and sour cream.
Add water to the pots up to the shoulders, salt, pepper.
Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 40–45 minutes.
